Our Goals
We aim to provide our services to enhance, curtail or eliminate the following
• Develops specific post-order for the guard(s) to follow for each post with approval by the
company’s senior management
• Develops and manages internal assets management and protection procedures
• Conducts an inventory of assets designated by your organization with monthly reports
submitted to senior management EXCOPS liability will only extend to those items
designated
• Maintains access control
• Supplies each location with communications (radio handset and/or cell phone)
• Conducts routine inspections of each post
• Deploys an emergency reaction team where necessary
• Supervises all security guards routinely
• Offers 24 hours customer care services
• Conducts in-service training workshops for all security guards
• Requires security to submit a monthly/activity report to senior management
• Provides three months security assessment and evaluation report
• Liaises between local police and security agencies
• Coordinates with the Liberia National Police, local government authorities, and affected
communities on developing security issues.
